I only work with adults.
Zoom sessions can be either audio only or video.
The length of time can be shortened if required.

What is Therapeutic Coaching
Therapeutic Coaching blends coaching and therapy. I support you towards what you want for yourself and your future. I also use a variety of techniques based in NLP and mindfulness to build self awareness, live more in the now and understand how current reality has roots in the past. NLP stands for NeuroLinguistic Programming, exploring how our brain makes sense of the world and how we can make changes to transform our lives.
What is IFS
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy explores the idea that the mind is composed of multiple sub-personalities, or “parts,” each with its own roles. It is a compassionate way of understanding yourself and your parts to come to greater harmony and personal growth. IFS considers that everyone has a core Self which is calm, confident and courageous. Having greater access to this self is empowering.
What is EFT
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is also known as Tapping. It's based on the principles of acupressure.
The basic Tapping technique involves tapping on parts of your face and body whilst focussing on an emotion. Tapping on these meridian endpoints, sends a calming signal to the brain. This allows you to feel relaxed and in control.
